8 R's

Effective Adult-Youth interactions begin with the Eight R’s; an informative and results driven presentation aimed to offer adults the necessary tools that will provide a youth-friendly environment. The objective is to facilitate a discussion that will illuminate (from a youth culture perspective) easy methods for recruiting and retaining youth, while allowing youth to have an equal voice. The conclusion will provide a unique opportunity to identify personal strengths and weaknesses in working along side youth, and specify goals and best practices for immediate implementation.
